i agree with the others. you kind of ripped him off. you should have told the buyer everything that was broken on it, just becuase he didnt ask, doesnt mean you dont tell him. also, if you look at his feed back. almost all of the positive are from him BUYING, not selling. and the negative's are from him selling, i personaly wouldnt buy anything from him

1. A disconnected steering servo will not make the wheels do that.

2. Sitting for 3 - 4 years? Did you fire it up before you listed it? I'd be suprised if it'd run for very long after sitting for that amount of time untouched.

3. Yes, you should have.

thats kinda rude like I said I had this truck siting on my RC shelf for 3 to 4 years last time I remember ruing it it ran fine. I did not completly tare it down and in spect every little gear ,screw and plastic part for wear and tare. on eday I only hay 17 sale's so fare with 3 of the sales being negative, the rest are postive +

but I did get negs - like the lady from LA california. that was high bider on my 3 foot Barbie doll. she got mad said I razed the shiping. when realy I chareged just what I stated in listing + added the handling charege in to shipping cost on invoice. she demanded in a email I lower shipping cost or she would not pay and would leave me a nege. she did leave me a neg- and did not pay me! so I sent a secu** chance offer to next highest bider wich was 1 doller less than the other ladys bid. she posted this up after paying me the same shipping price I gave the other lady.

so you say a refund is owed to him? or what would be fare because now he is complaning about every little thing like blue paint on one stock chrome rim. scrached plastice parts, scrached alloy parts. and a hole list of miner crape. he sad he has bought a cuple T maxx trucks and they where grate but this ones junk not even wourth $50.00 . he said he will send pics of the junk / broke parts. how would I now he is sending pic's of my truck parts and not his worn used T maxx parts? any thoughts on what to do now?

Yes, he should get a refund. He's being picky because he feels he got screwed and is now looking at any little thing that isn't right.

If I were looking to buy it, and knew that it sat on your shelf for that long, and was missing as many items as it is, I wouldn't give you $50 for it either.

thats because most of the stuff I now sale off away from ebay on sites like bmx museum.com or tamiya RC club and other sites. I just use ebay's paypal and ebay will not let people who buy from me off ebay to leave feed back under my ebay user name. but you can go on sites like BMX MUSEUME.COM and look up fresstyle freek to se my 100% feed back there!

like I said I came here to buy and share my love of RC trucks not sale stuff. oh and sorry obout my scrambelled brain its ben that way since I was 5 years old. when I fell on my head out of the back of a van. that was doing 25 mph . I have ben in and out of specal ed class's. I am just happy I am a live and not dead! in the 70's was when I was born. the stuped back doors on the van swung open and I fell right out. I could have wound up as road kill as in human speed bump. BUT I am not dead yet!! I dont give a crape what people think of my spelling or my gramer I am still here!!1
 
So, you had a three-foot Barbie doll? I hope you, uh...cleaned it before you sold it to that poor woman.
 
1)before you post why dont you type into microsoft word so it can correct what you are saying... that being said i call B.S.
2)I never even think about buying things off of ebay if the seller has less than +-98%
3)If you can ever sell anything on ebay having 80% feedback, disclose EVERYTHING so you dont have things like this happen.
4)If you came here to buy a crawler im going to assume that you have read how to get into the bst section...Trying to raise a post count?
5)Why would you fall out of the back of a van? Doing 25? im not a scientist but i think you would have much more sever injurys...

i have sold at least a 100 items on the bay and have bought way more then that and wow no negative feedback.i must be doing something wrong.guys like you are what gives ebay a bad name.:flipoff:
