Working here but stalls or breaks up now and then. And someone is failing horribly trying to climb both sides of the arch.

I dropped the quality down a bit to try and make it stream more smooth.
 
Is the rubber marks on the arch actually from the crawler's tires:?:

Also I was wonderin if say I was there, could I just walk up and start crawlin or what:?:

Yep. They put traction spray on the arch and the tires leave the nice marks.

I think if you knew some of the RCP guys or So-Cal guys they might let you run a crawler on the course. Otherwise it's not open to the public.
