Fo shizzle... maybe its just me but weather it be 500$ or 3000$, I can think of alot of other cooler shiat I can do with that type of money... I mean what is so great about PS3 anways? I didnt buy PS2 untill just a year ago or so, got it a price club with a second crawler, free games, and memory card for like 200$...figured why not, I dont even play any games that much...use it as a DVD player more then anything... I used to be big into video games too...resident evil series, tomb raider, gran turismo, test drive off road 2 wide open etc. Now I just dont have the time anymore.

Dam that coulda been me, I had everything ready, I was gonna wait in line to buy one and then turn around and sell in on Ebay. But the Stupid Walmart here in town only got 10 of the systems in, and the EB games here only got in their pre-orders.

That tripe could NOT be further from the truth.
Go do some research......the PS3 is down compatible with ps2 and ps1 games and its not much larger than the crap box 360, but in that SLIGHTLY larger scale is what makes the PS3 5x more powerful than the slow box 360.....

Actually sony is having problems with the backwards compatibility, right now it is only close to 98 percent backwards compatible;-) Althought they are working on fixing that right now. Cant wait to get mine.

yeah thats why ill wait till after christmas.......i mean look what happened when they speed released the 360, there where soo many problems.....the thing would melt discs, melt itself, catch fire, not turn on, not turn off.....the list goes on
