Onyx 210 problems, Need Help!!! Please

Just bought a new Duratrax Onyx 210 battery charger. Plugged it up, hooked up the battery and hit start, didn't do anything, so I unpluged it and started reading to see if I missed some thing. So, went step by step by the manual, but now the screen doesn't even light up, it did at first. The screen does something, like it is lightly displaying something, but kinda like it is blinking....Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you got a "bad one", probably gonna have to contact their CS Department for some assistance.

If it's AC/DC, try it from DC as well just to see if you can use it at all. Also, if you can, try a new AC cord. Often they are the same as on a PC.

The exact same thing happened to mine, I sent it in for warranty work and they sent me a brand new one which works perfectly. The power supply in mine was making a high pitched buzzing sound when I would plug it in.
