I think there are more than a few including myself who over time have lost the time or love to compete/play, did the rc thing for 20yrs..still have pretty much all my scalers and a few crawlers..a shitload of crap really.

I still have all my RC's, I don't compete, I don't have time to charge a battery let alone put something else together this time of year. I picked up a parts exo to build into a ghetti, a summit trans in a dinky scx mount that I partially put together as a mega truck. So I have plenty of projects but no time. So any time I do spend online is pretty much here in chit chat or on Pirate in chit chat. I frequent a couple local forums and a toyota mini truck site as well but I don't post much on any of them.

I'll probably sell the bulk of all my RC stuff this winter. I still like coming on here and starting shit with white trash, duuuude, peepee, shark, sally, and anyone else that's game for trolling.

But i don,t compete with any of them , because of the fact that i like to run em till the batteries go flat , the thought of actualy running em for 20 minutes and then standing around listening to 6 hrs of dribble about rules and regulations and how you can shave 0.003 grams of your diffs to improve your c o g just makes me want to eat a lipo battery thats being charged with a nimh charger and wait for it to explode . So i don,t do comps

I'm sure the thread was directed at certain people, but I have a whole room full of RC stuff that I haven't touched in at least six months. I think 3 or 4 of those are crawler / scaler related if memory serves.
