You could consider it theft, as I paid $40 for it all. (He) asked $10.... at our community's yard sale. I almost choked..... asking what was included.... bandit, I know

Need to make a Bog Filter for the Duck Pool.
Picked up a few things to get that working.
A pump, some Uniseals. 2 in 1 1/2 in and 1 1/4 in unsure what piping I'll end up going with. Probably 1 1/2 feed and 1 or 2 2in drains going back to the pool.
Some filter medium to help create some good bios and get rid of the nitrogen (what the algea eats but it can't keep up at all).
Some other filter medium is showing up tomorrow.
Also got a few parts, ball valvle, some elbows and a few tees etc. Need to get a bit of 2 inch and 1 1/2 inch pvc pipe to put it all together. Pics after its put together.

Not the sexiest picture of a chick I've seen but very cool nonetheless. Them ducks be living it up for sure! Sounds like an excellent set-up. Algae blooms can be a headache to deal with. I only worked rec pools where things like ducks weren't a concern.... just balancing chlorine or salt for the right ph, etc. But lack of maintenance especially neglecting filters/ pumps was the most common fail that I used to see. Have to monitor and keep clean/ balanced for any hope of warding off the summer slime.
