Does anyone know where I can buy like 10-20 plastic servo arm 25t..

Every time I let my kids drive the scx10ii they always seem to manage to strip out a arm.

This time managed to damage the stock servo since I put on a rc4wd aluminum arm

Generally I wouldn't recommend it, but have you considered just putting a servo saver on and letting them live with mushy steering? Perhaps install a plastic rtr/Deadbolt type tie rod and draglink? My vote would be an aluminum horn and a decent servo, but even that will break if it's driven carelessly/ like a monster truck.
