Someone that doesn't sound like a million other bands. The musical talent is obviously there, they just need to quit wasting it.

Bullshit. Listen to bands 30 years ago and you'll find plenty that sound alike. You know how long they lasted? Not long.

People make their own new sounds every day. Music is art, but not everyone is an artist. Some just color by number.

These guys did a cover of a Katy Perry cover. I'm guessing the waters don't run real deep around there...

Plenty of things are similar, but none of them are exactly alike. I go to an art gallery and every one of the pieces or work are painted on a canvas, but none of them look exactly alike.

Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean that it isn't "good" in someone else's eyes or that the people who created it don't have talent.

Its not the canvas, or the brush, or the paint that sets artwork apart from each other, its the artist.

I didn't say it wasn't "good" or that they didn't have talent, which they clearly do. I'm saying they are just another band to jump on the post-linkin-park-grindcore-pop-metal bandwagon.

Every band is influenced by another's work....so of course they will sound like someone else. I am sure that these guys sound different, it just takes listening to that type of music to detect those differences. When I first met my wife, she called every single CD in my collection "death metal"......now she knows that Napalm Death is Grind and At The Gates is Melodic Death Metal.

All I am saying is, I don't think it's fair to knock what people like as far as music just because it doesn't blow your skirt up....
