small update.. while building the axial cvds for the front.. DONT use the axial pins... use Piano wire... MUCH MUCH stronger :)

*thanks goldwing* for the tip :)

Look like the start of a badass truggy, judging from your parts.

Guess I better change my pins I in my new CVDs. Thanks for the heads up.

I've looked at that chassis a few times on eBay. Great looking chassis! Wish it were a little less expensive, but I gather for someone that doesn't have the ability, or time to braze, it's a good option. Looks very well made.

well rambuller84, it wasn't to bad.. only 200bucks :), it comes powder-coated, and all the holes are drilled.. tho mine was TOTAL custom then everyone eles, if you are wondering why? well stay tuned.. im waiting for pics to upload then im done for the night... i got a complete roller, tomorrow is electronics..

thanks for the comments!!

p.s *** im still looking for a winch *** pm me if u got one

I was thinking of buying this chassis or the other one available, I just wasn't sure of the quality. can't wait to see your finish truck so I can make a better decision.

the quality is top notch, its all welded nothing is bolted on... hell all the holes are pre tapped and drilled :)... mine was custom for this truck but.. if u contact him, he can set u up on the right path..i have no fitment issues at all... stay tuned for tonight... ill have the body on... then ill do electronics friday night... coz im still waterproofin esc and servo and such...

thats all i have for right now... Sorry for some of the pic's crappy cell phone damn driod2, but tonight ill finish the elec. and hope to have a movie of it in action..

*** Thanks everyone for the compliments ***

so last night i threw all the elec. into it... Tekin fxr, and ccbec at 7.4 to power the servo.. very very snappy lil rig, the WB is 12 1/4 inchs.

so far i am very very impressed, the rig is about 70/30 weight to the front. Sunday is its maiden voyage so ill let everyone know how it performs

Being that axial charges 65 for a raw chassis and a skid his prices are über low. Especially if your talking about his standard starter chassis not custom is like 100 bucks. Geez that is crazy....check out how much powder coating is when u get time.

I can say with confidence that the chassis that Lue built me is stupid nice.

As far as this build....excellent"thumbsup" nice parts and really clean look. I love the rear end of this chassis. Good stuff rit der!!!
