btw, love the details! ;-)

no i didnt win it from ebay i built it from the ground up. its not supposed to win any crawling competitions, i have other crawlers for that, its more or less a show peice. but it will crawl ill post some videos when im finished with it.

Looks like its built well and you put a lot of time into it, but it doesnt belong on a site like this.

I believe that comment was completely inappropriate.

It's 4 linked with clod axles, the only difference between it and most everyones first crawler is the big a$$ heavy body.. And I've seen a couple others who have built large scale crawlers with the same body and at least one who built a large scale crawler with a jeep body and even put a couple of freakin' dolls in it and didn't get told it didn't belong here.

Heavy

It may not be proformance oriented but it does kick major ***. If nothing else it's just cool to see something as diffrent.

Nice job man!

hope your GI Joes have harnesses ... looks like they may break their necks! maybe you should replace them with crash test dummies?

the kongs are great so far, im just a little worried about all of the weight on the axles ,i wouldnt want to try and jump it or anything. im really looking into getting a set of gear reductions for it.

i made adapter/wideners from bolts and locknuts and they are tack welded together. ill take some pics of them soon so you can see what i did.

That thing is wicked!!! I have a very similar truck in the works, visually the same anyways. New bright 1/6 hummer body, kongs, x-factor axles, savage 3-speed trans, twin ofna force .25's, 1/4 scale servo's(4ws), integy savage shocks. etc. Its gonna be huge! I will post picks when I get it closer to completion. But i must compliment you on a really insane truck. :)

Power to the 1/6 scale trucks!!!
