Tip: when installing your Vp Rigid light bar, use black heat shrink over the wires so they blend into the background.

Now it's time to install the Krawler Konceptz grill. You'll need some shoe goo, paper towel and a hobby knife.
readytodogrill.jpg

Fit the Krawler Konceptz grill to the JK body, trim if you see any high spots.

A look from the inside before shoe goo.
before shoogoo.jpg

Start to apply shoe goo with your hobby knife to the inside where the grill meets the body. Start from one side then go to the other side. Work from each side and meet in the middle.

Installed and now set aside to allow to fully dry. If you get a little shoe goo on the outside of the body, don't worry allow to dry and then rub the unwanted shoe goo off with your finger.

I wish I had your patience, I always seem to screw something up when I paint.

Looks fabulous so far. The KK grill is a nice touch, it gives the front end a lot more of a "solid" 3D appearance.."thumbsup"

Before and After Hood Pieces, Squirrel in Rubicon font, Team Squirrel Racing, fenders added...better pictures tomorrow in the daylight."thumbsup"

For install of the light buckets you'll need axial part number AX80045. You will need to trim the lip off the AX80045A-7 so it can fit tight to the backside of the Krawler Konceptz grill

Light buckets all installed into the Krawler Konceptz grill. You will have to glue the AX80045a-7 buckets to the backside. I used shoe goo.

The finished look with lights. Just have to add your LED's.

For an added touch I mounted the radiator from the Axial Exo to the backside of the Krawler Konceptz grill for that extra touch of detail.

I love the fine details! I hope I can be that good some day. I'm relatively new to customizing my crawler and was wondering if the shoe goo hardens or how well it holds. Must hold up well since everyone seems to use it.

ShoeGoo works wonders and flexes when dry so it holds up to abuse really well.

Body looks great KK!
