Here's where I am. I put about 9 hrs in this thing since Friday (sometimes it's nice when the woman is out of town) but I'm not quite done. Took a while to get all my links the right lenght for the CMS/3 link setup. Then trying to figure out a way to mount the body and bed without having posts poking out through the hood.
Still have to finish the bed and a toolbox/electronics holder.
Got the RC4WD TSL Boggers and they are stoopid tall.
But anyway, I ought to call this the "SCRCC recycled rig", since I bought the base chassis and bumpers/sliders from limited77, the Hilux cab from Nate, the wheels from foproy and the shocks from TattooKenny down in Augusta.

the yota looks killer. once i get the xr10 squared away im going to start rebuilding mine.

xr10 gear failure was due to an assembly error on my part. seen it as soon as i opened the trans. new gears getting ordered today and she will be back in business.

painted, wired, and ready to go. waiting on my VP knuckles and chubs to show up. also getting a straight steering link made.

i switched from the duratrax shocks in the front to the traxxas big bores with team associated blue springs.

Kevin...your rig is looking really good. I'll have to take a closer look next time I see ya. Good job!

Thanks Ryan. Added a couple accesories for the scale look today. Hopefully the weather will hold out for Sunday.

This whole thread is full of some really nice MOA hardware:shock:

Whats that Nate...you want to build an XR?

I can probably get ya a new kit for 250 or less if theres any interest in coming back to comps and showing us how its done!

Got a few things done with the Berg lately. Still gotta get a 4PL, some motors, and get the wiring done, but she's gettin there. Im also way to narrow in the rear, like a half inch on each side, one inch total dif. So, I have to get another set of SLW's for the rear. Sucks because Marcus (juggalo) just hooked me up and lightened the DNA wheels for me. Plus the bronze looks so nice on there.

I think i'll call her "DARKNESS". Seems appropriate.

Appreciate it Kev. The ol' Chevy is getting neglected lately so we might have to set up a lil trail run sometime after the holidays. Plus I want to see that sick ass Yota of yours.

Just let me know. You should bring both rigs to the Anderson thing on the 8th.
