I guess if I was gonna run a Hilux body I would have a set of tires/wheels that work with it. If I had a need for 2.2's I'd run a different setup. Looking at the picture it seems like you could get it to work if you just trimmed the wheel wells...I'm probably wrong though

I see what you're saying in this picture now...

im not a huge fan of the dove nosed yotas but with the 2.2s i may have to do a small one myself.

well i spent the morning working on the xr10 for saturdays comp. changed out some stuff that didnt work for me over the weekend. got some different shocks coming as well. like always i had to turn some wrenches on the scaler too.

installed the four link truss duty made me. i still have to shave the axle and paint the truss. bolted it on for mock up purposes today and got some delrin uppers with revo ends. going to work on mirroring the trans tonight.

What do you need done? Those bodies are a heck of a lot easier to work with than the ABS bodies. You would probably surprise yourself if you gave it a try.

Glue the cab and dove the front. Im sure I could do it I just dont have the time. They put us on 6 days this week:twisted:

Turbines are the TITS! Mike used to have a set, he might still have them. I am going to pickup a set of 2.2's to run on the Ford for kicks occasionally.

Monstergt, I got you covered on the body work. Dove nosing is easy. Ive never tackled the extended cab full on, but have a buddy in town thats done tons of them. Im positive I can make it happen. "thumbsup"

i could not find some parts for my battery mount before running this afternoon, so i got creative when i got to jasons today.
i cant wait to see how this holds up after more running.

i may try to do another with a flatter piece of styrene, though probably not that works well.

Ryan it looks good. Well we've all caught the scale flu. Hopefully no one will catch the Super Flu

Sweet Ryan"thumbsup"I did some more cutting up on the Pajero body, looks kind of like a Geo Tracker now:oops:

Yes sir! I got me a r2j truggy coming, just ordered me some swampers, and m_energy is picking him up a scx10 roller today that will be badass when he's done with it. So let the fun begin. Mine is a hilux by the way."thumbsup"Called ''TOYGOATA''
