I'm installing the Proline PL-C Interior in my Axial SCX10 II kit, with the Cherokee body, and would like to add a driver. I'm having trouble finding one that fits.

Any recommendations on what figure I can get that will fit?

I had the same issue. I bought a 7" figure of Ash from Evil Dead. Scale wise he looks a tad smaller than he should. I also had to remove his legs and pelvis section. I don't think you'll find one where you can keep the legs for that interior. I think it's sufficient for my tastes. You really have to peer into my rig to notice anything. It looks good on the trail.

Clearly he's only in his early 40's and is using GPS to ensure he's on route!

Don't be jealous just because he has a thick head of hair. Both his fabulous hair and large hands are genetic... from his mother's side of the family.

I had a feeling I might have to do that, but hadn't seen any up close pictures of how it had been done until now. Looks good.

I like the way this came out. However I am nowhere near as skilled with the paint brush to have a figure come out looking that good.

Also, did you attach the interior to the body so everything lines up?

First time ever painting a character. I asked a bunch of questions at a hobby shop from a skilled model painter and it came out okay.

As for lining up the interior, I drilled holes so that the interior mounts the same way the body does on the body posts. For the rear, you have to remove the posts (because of the Cross bars), install the interior and then reinstall the rear body posts.

Depending on whether you are dealing with RTR or Kit, you may have to slide the interior forward or backward a bit to accommodate the transmission hitting one of the seats.

Lol... never heard that weird looking Tamiya dude get spoken of so provocatively.

I am always humoured how differently he can be made to appear with just a little bit of alteration

Mind the battery on the footwell too. I had to cut a decent sized hole to accommodate my 3s.

One half of AnT R/C on youtube, see my SCX10II in action there
