ProModeler Servo: 420oz, billet case, o-ringed, $79

Anyone order one with paypal. I have Discover which they don't take. Website says they accept paypal but when I go to checkout it's not a option. Am I missing something?

Hmmm, I am sure these are great but adding 5 mm is a lot of real estate and would cause some reengineering in my rig. I want to see some pics installed in SCX10s, Wraiths, ...

So Just wanted to let everyone know John is a stand up guy. He called me and told me he had enough parts to build me a v2. Definitely something he didn't have to do.

Reports I've read say these are super quiet.

Super quiet and smooth as butter. I'm not sure if mine is V1 or V2 but I'm really impressed with the quality. It's going into a new build, so unfortunately I'll have to wait to put it through any real world testing.

Well I know a few guys from here have bought some of these, myself in included, would be good if we could get a v1,v2 and v3 review up, then start hunting down second hand versions to take from the vulnerable hands of the RC plane crowd :D

Looks like good servo with good customer service, only bummer is increased size on v3 and price is now close to Hitec. As couple peeps mentioned the wider steel gearset is awesome, but the are many crawlers that can't physically fit a larger servo. Wish we could get all that in original outside dimensions. Double bearing output shafr, o-ring seals are very nice and I see it's Futaba 25 spline.

Updates?

I plan on picking one up for my new sporty build soon. by all my crude measurements it's just a little longer than a 7950 which will not effect my build... I hope

Just from the looks it looks top notch. I will be awhile before I get to try out since the rig its going into isn't completely built yet. But just from the customer service alone it's my new servo brand

I will be interested in getting one soon as well. Ok the Servo looks good the specs as well, I've read on other fours and people seem to be very happy with this Servo. What I haven't seen is any warranty information or parts availablebity (gears sets for / if we brake them). Sorry to ask the bad questions.
