lace>. With the help of the North West Scale R/C, a new r/c scale club that is not new to scale r/c. N.W.S.R.C. is some of the best guys you could ever r/c with and RECON is proud to be bringing the G6 Challenge to the Pac Nor-West at their request.

The RECON G6 Challenge, “The Gooey Duck 300” will take place on 5-14/15-11 at Long Beach, WA and take place after the ORCRC Axial West Coast Qualifier, brought to you by none other than two PNW legends, Ryan Gerrish and John Ripplinger.

The G6 Gooey Duck 300 will be two 100 trail marker stages, aka Main Stage and two 50 trail marker stages, aka Sub Stage. Saturday night drivers will face a Main Stage and a Sub Stage and Sunday morning the last two stages will be ran.

Saturday:
-Tech starts at 1900hrs / scalers impounded
-Drivers Meeting @ 1930hrs
-Stage start after National Anthem
-Impound lifted after stage 1 and 2 are completed by driver.

-Sunday:
-Tech starts at 0700hrs / scalers impounded
-Drivers Meeting @ 0730hrs
-Stages start after National Anthem.
-G Awards Ceremony.

G6 Requirements:

-1.9 G-rides.
-2.2 G-rides, (5 make a class)
-Spare tire not required, but highly recommended.
-Tow strap mandatory and will be used.
-Winch not required, but helpful.
-Sand ramps may be used, but must be mounted to the scaler and replaced after each use.
-Lights will be needed for night stages. Unlimited lights on the scaler, must be scale in appearance. One head lamp per driver stage buddy and one light source on a drivers radio. No light filters on driver or radio lights needed.
-Standard G-Fee applies and 50% of proceeds will go to N.W.S.R.C.
-Minimum of 5 scale items.

G-Drivers can expect several mandatory skill sections and a time bonus thrown in for good measure. No overtaking a driver in a skill / time section and there will be a skill section where no driver / stage buddy / radio lights will be permitted.
