THE ORIGINAL TEAM CHALLENGE
May 19th will bring on the 2013 season of the RC Overland Team Challenge!!
We had so much fun last year and were back for another. As we have said before, this event would not have happened with out all of your support and participation.
All locations chosen this year are more centralized for day events. Equaling in less trip cost and hopefully the same to more participation.
The season has been shortened to 3 main events and a Championship.
May 19th - Aug 25th - 2013.
Season two will bring even more competition to the table with the addition of the Rally section to the new 2 lap 100 TM courses. The additional Rally sections will put team members head to head against each other for an extra 20+ TM race section that must be completed 1 time anytime during the teams 2 lap course..
All Rally sections will be scored by a course Trail Boss/Judge and the individual drivers points and times in these sections will effect Team times and penalty totals.

Update:
With the IFS craze of the 1:1 world and since this event is mainly based off the King of Hammers concept of almost Unlimited vehicles following base safety rules and tech guidelines. For us, instead of safety these guidelines are to keep things scale, progressive and at the same time competitive. With this being said, IFS front / Live rear axle vehicles are allowed if they pass tech and have all the mandatory items.
(No IRS - Independent Rear Suspension)
The only manufactured IFS/Live rear axle vehicles allowed are:
Vaterra Twin Hammers
Tamiya CC-01
*All custom IFS vehicles must pass an onsite or online visual inspection*
