RC4WD 1.9 Compass Tires

I kinda like them...but what's the story with super tall tires all of a sudden? pitbull mad beast and groler 1.9 are giants, trep are high also and now those...I kinda like the height of my flat irons or TSL SX...would like new tires of that size...

X2, more tire options are good.

However most the new 1.9 tires are too tall, this is not 2.2 or Wraith. I'd like to see more new tires at 4.3 inches (109mm) tall and 1.5" wide (39mm).

I've got a few sets of these and the Gladiators en route for the site. One of the sets WILL find its way on to my Ultra 4 build.

I got mine today. I must say, I do indeed love the x2ss compound they have. And the tires look absolutely amazing compared to a 1:1 set of toyo's

I agree they look like Toyo Open Country Mud Terrain clones... and those look AWESOME on full size Ford SuperDuty trucks. When I get my SCX10 built looks like it'll have an F350 body and these tires!

I need to get these mounted up onto some wheels and I will be running them in the GSRCC Scale endurance #8 this weekend. I will have more pictures and a full review on sunday.

I'll have the Compass, Gladiator, Irok, and Mad Beast in a couple of days, maybe tomorrow. Ill line them up for y'all. LMK if you want any other tires in the line up. The only thing I don't and won't have in stock is a Pit Bull Rock Beast II.

Edit: I'll even mount them so you can see what they'll REALLY look like next to one another.

Oooohhh! Nice! Wonder how those would look stretched over some 2.2's under the Proline JK 2 dr? I like the "Toyo" tread design, although, too tall for 1.9 IMO.
