Just getting my Passport for Travel next week...there is two versions of the passport. The book is for International Travel that involves flying...the Card is for Driving.

but the book AND or the card can be used for land traveling just so its clear

I hear ya! That and I hear the views are awesome! Wouldn't mind stamping the passport and getting some international stickers to put on the radio case!
