rear axle carbon fiber brace?

Meh, to each their own. I'm plastic top no rear brace, 35t on 3s and have bound the hell out of it and my axial gears are happy as can be. More effective solutions to keep gears from popping IMO. You can lead the sheep to water but can't make em drink.
I don't think it's a must, but it's recommended by Axial drivers.
I have aluminum tops, so I use no brace.

I keep meaning to take mine off. I'm no engineer but looking at the structure that is the rear axle I can't see that thing doing a lot.

It doesn't really do a lot but allows the use of a servo in the rear. Remember to use shorter screws when removing the brace so you don't break through into the axle.

I took my off and chewed up the top gear and the final gear. Put it back on after getting everything back together and no popping. Oh and I also use it for my battery at the moment. With some modification of course.

im not saying it's needed or not, it's just a option to replace the stock one. and it does have more bling than the stock one.

So how do I get one of these. I cant seem to find it on your site. Next time I see you just have one in your pocket and that will work for me.

Next time you talk to him just get me one too. Or just tell him to come out to stone mountain this weekend and bring a few.
