Well i have to get new esc's for my super due to one of my new moped esc's cought fire today.
I am looking at either the rebel 2 or the mamba max wich ever i go with i have to buy 2.
I have a question about the mamba max. When you program it can you make it where there is no reverse delay. If you can will you still be able to have the drag break.
I like the fact that the rebel 2 has a adjustable reverse delay but i do not know wich esc would be best, i would think that either would be better than what i have now.
Let me here some opinions on the 2 esc's so mabey it will help me make up my mind.

If funds are not an issue... mamba max for sure!

Yes you can program drag brake and have near instant reverse. They function independant of each other. You also have the ability to run brushless which increases the drag brake a ton.

Rebel II is a great ESC and I am running 2 in my super now.
They will be traded out for mamba max's soon.

In fact... never mind... you want Rebel II's!!!

I just happen to have a great deal on a set of barely used ones for you! ;-)

Honestly that's like saying, "should I buy a geo metro, or a corvette?"

The mamba maxx is an awesome controller, you can run your brushed motors and have drag brakes, then if you ever decide to go brushless you're halfway there.

Yes you can have 0 delay, and no you do not loose the drag brake.

Adjustable, yes, but you can't ever dial it TOTALLY out.

Mamba Max for sure! If you can afford it.

The TR2 is not even close to being on the same level as the Mamba Max.

Don't get me wrong I used to love the TR2, but that has faded quite a bit since I bought the Mamba Max.

Mamba max for sure. The whole reason I got it is because of the programming possibilities. O%-100% Drag Brake and instant reverse, awesome. I just take my laptop with me and reprogram it on the spot.

MM hands down. I sold all my tr2's. Dont plan on getting any more. The features and capabilities of the MM make it a much better controller for the money.

Well i shelled out the money and there is know 2 mamba max esc,s on the way.
Is there anyone out there that can send me a copy of there program so i have a starting point on my setup.

Thanks Jason i will save it and open it when the software gets here with the esc's i think they will be here monday or tuesday.
