Remedy Bully2

Its been a while, so here is the summary of recent update....

First, I fitted new panel. It follow the color scheme of my U4. I quite like the design and it is easy to make.

Secondly, I rebuilt the shock using 70wt rear and 40 wt front and change to stiff miniT spring at front. Thinking my shock is quite laydown so I should up the stiffness and damping. It feel good, but I have not run it yet.

Thirdly, the biggest mod so far for the axle. I changed to Dlux knuckle and wraith uni shaft. I had the knuckle on the sportsman for a while and I recently changed it back to normal wraith knuckle. I contacted Erik and get these front drive shafts made and some new shims for the knuckle to mate with the bully2 chub.

It is quite involved (for me anyway) to make this work, I have to drill the tube to 8mm (from 6mm). As my usual ghetto way of doing things, its not perfect, but it works....:flipoff: I got lighter tube too...lol

I also grind it a little more than Erik did to gain that little bit more steering...

While doing the knuckle mod, I weight the rear axle and the weight difference between creeperbob Ti and stock is shown in the picture below.

Lastly I changed to a new smaller, higher capacity and lighter battery. Its a nano-tech 450mah 3s 65C.... The feedback I got was encouraging and so I made the change....

Making new tie rod tomorrow and can't wait for testing....

Also I noticed that I had a cracked inner CF rim . I think it is due to I used only 3 screws to put the wheel together. I now added another 3 posts to make it more robust....."thumbsup"

Yeah I have checked with Dan, and he recommended it too. I have been waiting for 2 months for HK to stock it again at NSW.

I tried one pack today at home course, it feel good and the smaller size is definitely an advantage.
