Re: Rig stats

Here's my TXT measurements.

WB - 15 1/4"
TIRE SIZE - 6 3/4"
TRACK WIDTH - 14 7/8"
DIFF CLEARENCE - 2 1/8"
TRANNY SKID - 5"
WEIGHT heavy (not sure)

Wheelbase - 16"
Tire Size - 6"
Overall Width - 13½"
Diff Clearance - 2"
Tranny Skid - 4¼"
Weight - 8lbs
Top of Frame to Ground - 6½"

Joe

16 inch wheelbase
6.75 inch TC tires
14.25 inches overall width
7.5 inches top of the frame to ground
9 inches to the top of the cantis
2.25 diff clearance
4.375 center clearance

I don't know what it wieghs, but it is heavy! All of the wieght is in the tires though. I've reduced as much wieght as I could in the chassis, and added 1.5 lbs of bbs in each front tire. The TerraCrusher tires are probably the heaviest around to begin with, except for maybe Kongs!

rkjeep,
i dont f'ing know!!! it was like magic. im not sure it is all that accurate though cause i weighed it on a bathroom scale..lol. but there isnt much chassis left, my tires are 2 1/2 inches wide, with 4 oz of bb's in each front tire, no elecronics or battery tray, so there isnt much in it...

i need to get a fish scale.....

jorDANK

that can't be accurate. You've got 1/2 lb. in the front tires alone. In just BB's I used a hanging scale at work. same as a scale at the grocery store.

hmm i should just walk into the vegtable section of the grocery store with my truck, and throw it on a scale before anyone can say anything...lol

SO Jordan what did the grocery store guy say? I've been dyeing to hear the story. and what's the new weight?
