Rockslide RS10 XT doesn´t work

Hi, this is my first thread. I´m from Chile
I just received a RS10XT, but does´t work properly, actually worked only once and just for a minute when i was testing it
The battery was fully charged and the radio has full batteries too. Both things are ON,but the RS 10 don´t move. I tried to bind it again,but i can´t make flash the receiver´s led
Also, the ESC fan doesn't work permanently, i don´t know if this is normal or it works only when is hot.
All wires´s connection was revised, and are connected
I think that the receiver and the ESC came broken or maybe the batery pack..
Can you pls help me with this?

If you wiggle the battery connection does anything happen?

The fan should run when the power is on.

When the ESC is turned on the fan run just for a second or two and a red led flash at the same time...after that....nothing happen
I measured the battery's voltage and read 5, 9 v only
How many time must be charged the battery?....i did it for 8 hrs the first time....

what kind of battery are you using?

there is no cut off so even at 5.9v the fan should stay running. I assume this is a Nicd pack, if a cell is bad the voltae will drop off when a load is applied. measure the voltage plugged in with the ESC on.

Solved!
The problem was the charger, so the battery was flat, now is full and working
