Here it is, finnaly got some pics. First crawler for me works great.
Removed the Battery Tray, Moved the Battery, moved the ESC to the back 3 link, Tightened the servo saver lots, 3 oz each front. 1.25 oz each back. Star cut foams (not sure it makes a difference).
Nothing to fancy but works great. Total invested after purchase, $4.68 CDN Peso's

Haha I love the Tapout sticker! I need to do these easy mods to mine. I just need to get off of my butt and do it. Plus, I need to buy some zip ties, make sure I have lexan, and find my servo tape. Nice job.

Lower your body and take off the peices of your battery tray that are still there, drill out your frame and mount your shocks there, then flip the trans and put the battery on the front 3 link. That will all take 10 minutes max and will make a huge difference.

Definitely flip the transmission and put the battery on the links, I've run my truck both ways and it's far more stable with it closer to the center of the truck.

All MRC's are that way. It's slightly stiffer to help control torque twist.

The stock battery won't fit there, will it? It looks like it won't fit and if it does it will impede movement.

That's why you flip the transmission around, there is plenty of room then. I've been running mine that way for almost the entire time I've had it. It does touch the shocks on my truck slightly, but I run 1:10 scale shocks, and it's a droop setup so the shocks don't do a ton of moving side to side. Plenty of clearance with the stock shocks mounted to the chassis.
