Sacramento Scaler GTG/Comps

Beal's is often overlooked as it is only good when the water is super low. Just thought it might be a cool change. Must park on pavement a short distance from the rocks though. Bathrooms are close if needed at least. Guess it depends on the majority and those that pass the word via text. I believe the fees are $7 at all the Lake's State Parks.

There is a business plaza on the West side of Folsom-Auburn boulevard where the new folsom lake crossing bridge road intersects. Beal's is only another half mile up the road. Does anyone want to meet there and then head to Beal's? I have a four door truck and a park pass, so I can take people with me.

...or is everyone gonna stick with doton's?

Anyone come from out near McClellan air base? Someone P.M'd me about a ride, but I can't run way out there. Maybe he will chime in as I suggested to him.

Ha well yea thats me, so im stuck here in McClellan/N Highlands(be moving to C.H soon tho) I have not posted in open the issue that I cant drive and only pm'ed a few here and there but anyone I pick lives in folsom lol. Just embarassing for me to ask really....gladly kick in gas or whatever "thumbsup"

Didn't really see specific "For Sale" thread so I hope I'm not breaking any rules by posting this up in here.

In case any Sacto area folks are interested...Selling a customized RC4WD Gelande scale crawler w/Defender D90 Hard Body, Proline Scale Shocks, etc. etc. See Craigslist add listing for all the details...

You might want to take that link off before any moderators see it. Your not allowed to post anything for sale in anything other than the for sale section. Either you need to get a green star or have 30 days 30 posts or something like that.

The colors and star effect in the first picture looks really cool. Do the lights actually provide enough light to drive decent at night? I need to get around to adding the leds to my light bar. Is it best to run through a separate battery or does it really matter?
