San Diego RC Crawlers

Behind the Staples in Mission Valley

Quattros -

I checked out the spot you mentioned in Mission Valley, and there was some interesting stuff there. The usual shoreline Rip-Rap with gunite fill here and there, with some flatter (easier to walk around) sections than you usually see along riverbanks.

What the spot also has is a beehive right in it's center. Since I was outnumbered, I decided not to start any trouble and kept to the edges. Somebody more courageous might be able to provide a better review of the spot.

The spot has some potential. Parking is a plus. There was no Bee's When I was there.

Cheatin' and I will attempt to get permission to do some additional clearing / cleaning at the Cactus Park location Friday Jan 11. Regardless, we'll be crawling there from about 10am.

If anyone is putting together a run, send me a PM. My Scorpion is at CKRC right now but in the near future I'll have it back and will enjoy crawling someplace local.

Me and quattros were planin a scaler run at Felicita park on saturday if anybody is interested.

Well yesterdays comp was very winding and chilly but have a good time. I can't seen two keep my 2.2 running :flipoff:. On the other side Raul Duke only won 2.2 and Super. Lets just say they were not easy courses,

Yeppers, great time yeaterday on some of the most brutal rock I have seen yet. Plenty of carnage was dished out and almost everyone had a helping of it. Next comp is at Mt.Baldy(closest one yet"thumbsup") on the 24th of this month. Lets get some more SD fools out there.

GTG as soon as it dries up a bit.
