damn, cant really see the bend, when you personally bend who bends with an arc and who bends with a definitive angle? which is better? long and sloping like a half moon, or sharp angle like an "L-ish" shape?

I went with more of an arch than an angle, angles can have a concentrated amount of stress on one spot where arch has the load spread more evenly. In my head it does anyways. Seems logical to me, plus the round arch can give some what of a sprung action if the rig were to tumble and maybe bounce on the axle, I think it would be more forgiving. I could see an angle getting bent and not returning to its original shape. Of course this is a lot of different variables that could effect the outcome so, that's my two cents worth anyways. Oh and an angle link, if it does get bent and you try to straighten it, could break or become weaker and could eventually snap.

Well, it's pretty flat down here in Texas where I live, and I baby the hell out of my rig there is no tumbling involved on my trails lol I just think a bent link looks more scale, but anybody wanna chime in on a OD and ID..? And difficultly of get it to bend?

Sweet, I like that idea but that's still gonna give me a more rounded bend wouldn't it? I'm looking for more of a bend like this

Look at this on eBay:

Axial Threaded Aluminum Pipe 6x101mm: 30 Deg Angle SCX10 AXI30519
