Scx10 vs scx10 ii

So the scx0 ii has been out for a while not and I have both the og and the ii and am somewhat frustrated, I can't seem to find a decent way to bypass the new shoulder screw design on the knuckles and how the ring and pinion gears in the axles with break screws that hold the spool on to it or it will flat out skip teeth. The og scx10 once you had bought the d lux fab knuckle bushings and put in hd gearsets it wold be golden for the issues stated. I know this is the wrong forum but have you Guys had these issues wi h the new ii? And what is your preference the scx10 ii or the scx10 og.

After shimming the driveshaft end of the pinion, I haven't had any problems with my AR44s. And without spending another $100, they have steering for days compared to the OGs

I have none of those issues with the AR44s on my SCXII and I abuse the crap out of that truck running a Brood 4 pole 3600kv motor on 3S.

The SCXII is lightyears ahead of the OG SCX10. The performance out of the box is as good or better than a OG version with $300-400 in upgrades.
