shelljeep's Berg thread

Well, it doesn't happen by being smart or skilled so... not having broken one yet, I think you're on the right path.:ror:
I felt pretty dumb when I found the damage at the end of the day.
I just tried to make Erik's knuckle weights fall off today. They won. Wait til you see all that ignorance.:lmao:
So, now I'm rebuilding all kinds of crap, thrashing to get ready for a little comp over here tomorrow afternoon.

Here's the vid.
It's kinda long, and I don't usually drive like this. I was just thrashing around, trying to see if I could dislodge the Dlux knuckle weights.
I failed. Still just as solid as when I began. Good to know.

I ran like that for about 25 minutes and then put another 2 packs(50 minutes) through it, actually working the car through difficult lines. There are spots where I can almost walk right up now, and I use to struggle. I like getting the weight out of the tires for sure!

Cool Vid!

I knew you would be a great guy to have test these. You didnt disappoint.

Now that we know they fit well and dont fall off, we are dying to know what you think of the performance benefits.

I like them, I got 3rd place today, driving like a jackass. The hard spots, where I stayed focused, I was able to drive well. Small mistakes in the easy stuff killed me today. Your knuckle weights are great. Wheelspeed is improved, truck is more stable when peeling out for traction. My friends all want some now. Between Losi, XR, and Berg, you got them all covered."thumbsup"

The thing we found out on my friends rig is that the acceleration is MUCH, MUCH better. I could never test this with the Losi. LOL

We need some vids of that sucker jumping some gaps!
