I wanted to update everyone of some changes I have made.
I have had such an overwhelming amount of call in customers that I was unable to properly take care of all of my customers calling in whether it be for stock check, tech info, or order status.
Was having many un answered calls, lost calls, etc. It was time to step up to the plate.
My customer calls are very important to me, So I have put in a new phone lines and phone system.
This new system will enable my employees to assist me in taking calls, and direct calls in the proper direction.
In the event all lines are all tied up we now have a complete voice mail system. Phones will notify me when there is a message and we will check them regularly during the day, so please leave a message.
Any of you that may have called and had an issue getting ahold of us I apologize. With these changes, Our Service That Rocks will keep on Rockn"thumbsup"
