Is it a laptop with a built in networking card? Try right-clicking the connection icon and clicking Repair Connection.

Tried that, got a pop up saying, TCP/IP is not enabled for this conection. Cannot proceed.

you might want to check in the properties of the wireless connection and make sure that TCP/IP is enabled.

on a vista machine go to the network and sharing center. on the left click "manage network connections". right click wireless network connection. click properties. on the networking tab, make sure that "Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" is checked. also, you may want to uncheck "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6). i have seen some times where this will mess things up.

hope this helps.:)

Thanks every body for the help, were havin a guy look at it that should be able to figure it out,"thumbsup"
