Just to kick these into high gear:

The chrome'll take ya home. Yeah, thats a sexy Beast!

Yep, Jato... They are ( IROK's). I love em so far but haven't run 'em yet. Really supple and nice aggressive/ deep lug pattern. The foams are super soft so although I'm going to try them, it seems that a 2 stage PL or CI might be the way to go. Only paid $16 and some change per set from Horizon.

Lousy pic but maybe it shows the tread a little better...

Nice! Thank you.

Do you have the standard or Pro foams? I'm not sure there is a difference, but they are two different products.

I have the stock Redcat swampers on my Gen7 Sport, and I don't have any of the foam complaints that I see a lot of people having. Maybe it's because I haven't used them enough yet, but on my stock-weight rig, the stock foams seem to work great. The tires don't fold over, but they sag enough to provide excellent grip. Most of the foam complaints I see seem to be from people with the Pros. I believe the Pro comes with a "better" memory foam that's supposed to be firmer to deal with the extra weight of the Pro, but for whatever reason, they seem to turn to crap really quickly.

These I believe are the standard foams. Tires are part#13852... pkg simply says: "tires with foam" lol. they are white fwiw. The only concern I really have is whether they are going to fold excessively while side-hilling but it I think that Jim85IROK has some better insight above. My rig is pretty heavy but I'm not venting these foams at all. I feel that if they were vented they would be too mushy under a heavy rig... dunno.

Those are the tires going on my wheels when they arrive too.... :) I run CI dual stage 4.5's in mine. 4.75's might fit, but I had 4.5's handy and they seem to be ok.

Yea for internal beadlocks ! "thumbsup""thumbsup"

How long until the 2,2 versions appear, my 1/6th Jerp needs some better wheels.

"thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup" I second this.

2.2's please, my 1/6th Jeep needs these slotted mags. So classic!

How do spares work? Do you do sets of 5 or do you sell them in pairs?

How hard will it be to mount the Proline Hyraxs onto the SSD beadlocks? I've read on here that Proline tires are very difficult to mount onto some wheels.
I'm thinking of getting a set of these wheels for my TRX-4 Bronco.

SSD wheels are very easy to mount proline tires on. I do so while watching tv sometimes.

All SSD wheels are sold in pairs only.

That's what the Classifieds are for - make a friend, split a pair to get you a spare! "thumbsup"

First time I mounted Hyraxes on SSD wheels I was almost in tears it was so easy after the profanity inducing frustration of other wheel manufacturers.

I mounted a set of the Proline KO2s and a set of the Flat Iron XLs on a set of the SSD Doubletime wheels. Piece of cake to mount and unmount. "thumbsup"
