A friend gave me his old t-maxx shocks so I could finish my crawler. (Building a crawling on a budget sucks.)
What spring is good for a light crawler?
Are progressive springs avalible?
I have some 30 wt oil I'll throw in em'.

My Bro and Bro in law both run stock tmaxx shocks on their crawlers and they totally work great with the stock springs. If you don't like it you can get new ones later.

I would just run them with the srings only. I would not put any oil in them. Thats what i am doing on my jugg whe its fianlly built.

If you keep the battery off the frame Losi yellows are good. The more the frame weighs the stiffer you're going to have to go with springs.
