Hello all, I am new to the forum, and thought you might be able to help. I was cleaning out an old storage unit the other day and found some toys from when I was a kid. In the boxes of stuff I found my old RC gear and vehicles including the following Tamiya rigs, Superchamp, Willys, Blackfoot, S10 stadium truck, Grasshopper, and a complete Toyota Bruiser (automatic hubs) and Bruiser frame/suspension/transmission with manual locking hubs. I thought it would be a fun winter project with my son to use the Bruiser frame and build a scale version of my real Crawler a 1998 Jeep XJ. I would like to four link the front and rear for flex, not sure if I am going to keep the tranny or not, I want it to look real so I am thinking about using the existing axle assemblies and fabbing up or buying suspension mounts to convert the suspension. The current leaf spring setup has very little suspension travel and flex. Any input and ideas are welcome, thanks in advance for the help.
