Tamiya F-350 HIGH LIFT RC Channel Metal Axle kit

got mine! stripped them down to lock diffs, big job! they are 100% metal, feel heavy and well made. very pleased with them. there is a side effect of locking front diff though- when you fit locking pins it makes the halfshafts stick out about a mm further this causes too tight a mesh on the front swivels cv joint meaning on full lock the steering jumps as the wheels rotate. its not that bad but stil noticable. pics!

fitting was ok although mine is 4 linked so mountings are all homemade. you can also reverse the front swivels if your steering is in front of axle like mine.

Any updates on those axles? How you like them...etc.....I like the narrowed set they have out and would like to put them under my Tamiya Jeep "thumbsup"

Thanks! butt does anybody still wheel it? Drive it? use it? I'm curious about the reliability and if the insides are steel or not.
