Tamiya XC tyre options

Hi,
i,ve just got a Tamiya Touareg and want to upgrade to 2.2 Moab's.... any advice on which rims will fit the chassis?

The usual 2.2 rims with 12mm hexes will fit.
depend on if you want wide or narrow offset.
I use std tamiya Blackfoot rims, and some ofna.
Stampede rims do fit to.....

the 2.2 moabs will probably be too big to fit your truck unless you hack the crap out of the tub. maybe try the geolander or cut down a 2.2 tire to fit the 1.9 rim.

Moabs will not fit a Touareg, stock TLT tires is about as big as you can go.

You can go with some Fly wheels

What is the tire on the far right? The 3rd one looks like a standard XC tire. Am I correct?

Man i tried looking everywhere here in Honolulu for those Fly wheel Boggers...except Toys R Us...Hopefully they have a full set!!!!

The tire on the far right is a Bogger.

The OFf-Road Fly Wheels are super hard to come by. I have checked Wal-Mart, Target, Longs, Walgreens and Rite-Aid and have only managed to find the street tires. I still need to check Toys R Us or I might just resort to ordering them on-line from Amazon/Toys R Us or something.

As I recall, I have only ever seen a couple of the off-road Flywheels myself. I am pretty sure they were at Wal*Mart.
