Team Losi LST Tires

a friend is selling me a set of LST Super Truck stock tires, i havent seen them yet but he said they are 7.2 inches tall.

my question ... will this work on a clod without modifications. i dont want to keep breaking knuckles and/or c hubs coz these tires are too tall, wide and heavy. would it be best to just grab a pair of new mushers 2000 or moabs?

You'll need some wheels for Maxx size tires or a set of RC Alloys LST rings.

thanks for the links ... the first one works but info on mounting is a dead link.

im sold to the idea of rings, but im more interested in the performance of these huge tires. should i go for these Losi LST's or a new set of Mashers or Moabs?

My sons stock LST's work awesome and my 8 1/2" tall LST's work even better. I'll recommend LST's to anyone. The latest craze though are the Moabs. Everyone claims they are a great tire. Honestly,I think it's part terrain and part driver. If you go either LST's or Moabs,you'll have one of the top tires out. Remember,before the Moabs came out,LST's were the HOT ticket. I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

did some browsin on the member gallery ... your right, they look good ... performance, well i have to take your word for it. btw, had them reserved earlier, now for some hex adaptors and some rock rings ... need to talk to my NY friend and order it. thanks!
