The Expendables

Looks cheesy to me. But those are the movies that always end up being good.

I don't have any plans to watch it in the theaters. Just gonna wait for it to hit DVD and I'll buy a used copy from blockbuster.

I don't really care if it sucks. Either way. It's kind of cool to see all these guys in the same movie. The preview didn't look to bad at all.

I think that if the governator would spend more time fixing my state, and not playing in movies, we wouldn't be so screwed right now...

I'm sure it will NOT be that great, too many legends in one movie. That said,

I'm going to pay to see it in the theater anyhow, it's the ultimate meathead movie and they'll revoke my membership card if I don't...

And that is why your state should not of elected the bad ass in Predator. I really dont care for computer made duplicates in terminator movies.

Saw it. It was pretty good, on par with most 80's action movies, the scene with bruce and arny was cheese but the rest was descent

For the explosions, you've gotta see it theaters. Big booms just don't sound as good unless they're coming out of movie quality speakers. I thought the same thing about Arnold...where does he get the time to make a movie, but you see it, you'll understand.

the 250 rnd full auto tommy gun looking shot gun terry crews was sporting at the end of the movie was sick. thump, thump thump. dead guy parts everywhere
"thumbsup"

Looked good to me. And not always can you go by reviews. Its up to what you like in a movie that makes it a great movie. I know I liked the coming attractions when I saw em. But then again you cant always go by them either. Most of these guys I grew up watching so to me Im down with it and it should be good.
So sick of them redoing predators vs cement block. Predators vs. elephants. LOL!
I think rob zombie was a plus to the movie industry. He got you back to the edge of your seat with the remakes he did. Oh and plus 2 for house of a 1000 corpes and devils rejects. Both great movies.

Just my ebert's worth!

I'll definately see it at some point. Between lack of time & lack of money it might be on dvd though. I have a little bit of a problem paying $10+ to go see a movie.

Im really anxious to see the fight seen between Sly & Austin. The one that supposedly broke Sly's back...

Saw this movie last weekend. I just wanted to say what a great "guy movie" this was, although my wife enjoyed it too.
Everything you want in a fun, shoot-em up, get the bad guys, save the girl kind of movie. A bad ass F100 pickup, bad ass looking choppers, machine guns on the airplane, 250 rnd/minute shotgun "thumbsup", knives, and a gratuitous hot chick.

Loved every minute of it. Can't wait for the DVD so I can turn up the surround sound and watch it on the 55" over and over. :ror:"thumbsup"
