Thunder Power LIPO balancer adapter???

Picked up a nice/built crawler over the weekend.
It came with a couple Thunder Power 3 cell LIPO battery packs. The balancer plug on the packs differ from those on my Vemom Pro-Charger.

Do I need an adapter as it appears?
(also, where would I get one?)

i use a blinky for all of my crawler lipos. LHS set me up so i can balance my ckrc batteries and my thunder powers (2 different balance ports) and it only cost about 20 bucks
