Too cool! I'll be sure to look for you on the HAMB. Do you have a build thread?

Definitely not! I'd painted those in hopes they were going to be more of a light broze color. They basically came out like a metallic chocolate....NOT what I was looking for. I was really disappointed to say the least.

Ultimately, the wheels/motor will likely be painted some shade of bronze/champagne/gold. The firewall and roof insert will be an off-white. The body/chassis will probably be some shade of blue.

Tommy,

Any updates or progress on the build? Its been a few months.

Nope, nothing since my last post. My buddy has been neck deep in a Shoebox sedan build. It was just chopped by the one and only Gene Winfield so it should be a really cool ride when it's done! But it's been occupying my friend's time. I'm totally cool with that, though!

Reason being, I'm hoping to start a big Jeep project very soon and I'll need every square inch of garage space to get it done. Gen Right stretch with revised rear suspension, replace my bent Dana 30 with a straight one that has an ARB and 4.88s in it, gear swap for my rear D44 to 4.88s, front tube fenders, etc... Lots to do and I'd like to get it done BEFORE the A comes home. "thumbsup"

I'll have to see if I have a build thread here for my Jeep. If not, maybe I'll start one.
