Trade for RC Cars?

Wouldnt doubt it if I knew that person some how or another, grew up in Graham & went to 3 different schools in that area:lmao:

I have to say 1 good thing about pot, It's created lots of jobs in Montana, Helena especially........

All the people who go fired from the state and federal jobs, construction and heavy equipment, retail and truck drivers, for failing the piss tests. 0 tolerance policies rock!:flipoff: "But I have a card, it's legal now!" It's still against company policy and/or illegal to drive/operate under the influence...

Of course now we're paying for their use through our tax dollars, but maybe soon MT will do like other states and require drug tests to file for Social security and unemployment, since technically anyone who is on welfare is an employee of the state and the state has a 0 tolerance policy too.

i'm waiting for someone to get hurt or die from pot use, either car crash, or bad drugs or any # of other related issues, and sue the state for legalizing a non-regulated prescription drug. I don't see the state winning that suit, and the law being turned over very shortly there after.

weed can be used for alot more than what u think.. i would reather weed be legal and achool not be how many deaths do we have from drunk drivers a year and most of the time the druck driver walks away and some one dad, mom, son, lil girl, unkle, etc dies.... people that drink and drive, drive 100 mph but think there driving 20 mph, people that smoke weed drive 20 mph and think there driveing 100 mph.. big diff.

How is driving under the influence in either case better or worse? Either way neither of them are capable of handling a 1+ ton vehicle

Driving stoned is way safer. I used to drive in Minnesota winters while smoking a bowl just fine. Drunk is a different story. Hate people that do that. People that think its the same probably never done it. Now driving tired that's dangerous.

Anyone have a good history primer on why some drugs like alcohol, caffeine, salvia etc. are legal while others such as marijuana, heroin, etc. are illegal? I'm not a drug user and only occasional drinker, but I've always been curious why something like alcohol, which ruins a lot of lives every year, is legal. Is it the money? Too difficult to control (a la 1930s prohibition or personal homebrews)? Something else?

Treat it like alcohal I say, just stay at home while enjoying it.
Stoned or drunk, stay off the road and don't bring it to work.

X2 on both these statements. Just because stoned drivers drive under the speed limit doesn't make it any safer, their reactions are slow and can still kill someone, plus we have a speed limit for a reason, traffic doesn't need to be any worse because some lame people need to do drugs

Funny how this topic went from a craigslist ad to bashing medicinal marijuana.

If I had the choice to take either the chemical made in a lab by god knows who and approved by them idiots, or take something grown in some nice fox farm organic soil under controlled conditions with the only outside impurities are bonemeal and bat or worm shit...

Yea no chemicals for me please.

You can head on over to your local doctor and get hooked on whatever flavor he wants to pump. It's ok because the FDA approved it.

What's the difference at this point if it's street heroin or suboxone, your still paying some greedy bastards that don't give a flying shit about you, your family, or the welfare of others that you are surrounded by.

I know if it were up to me alcoholic beverages would carry a higher penalty than any product derived from the marijuana plant. I don't know of too many cases where someone comes home all stoned and beats up their wives or children. Also it's not every day that you even hear about some dude being a little too high and crashing his car into a bus stop full of people, or rear ending a police officer responding to a disabled motorist on the highway.

" marijuana is the gateway to hard core drugs..."
BULLSHIT.
I would rather blame breast milk for starting all my nasty addictions.

Quit bashing pot and look at the big picture. California had 200 million dollars of medicinal marijuana that was subjected to sales tax. Couple that with the estimated 1 billion dollars ( with a B ) that would be freed up from ceasing to arrest, prosecute, and imprison non-violent offenders and your making pretty decent headway into balancing that budget that the conservative dipshits keep forgetting about.

Yea, let's keep giving that money to Mexico seeing how more than half the pot in the United States is cultivated there.

Let's shift the topic to banishing child pornography or something we can all agree on.

Alcohol and tobacco sales and legality are tolerated because they make money and do not have the social and religious stigma attached to them as marijuana does. Even though they kill or physically harm millions of people each year. Way, way, way more than marijuana does.

Personally I do not care for the stuff, but I believe 100% that it should be legalized everywhere, if not for recreational use then for medicinal purposed. I've had enough family members and friends suffer not only from pain but from the side effects of pharmaceuticals too see that if there is a natural alternative with fewer and less detrimental side effects than it should be available.

If it were medically legal, I would use it instead of what I take now for my migraines, which pretty much make me useless for the day, as well as cause a handful of other problems.

ill a gree that driving under the influence should not be tolerated. eaither way, should go strat to jail...

but.. if someone was to hit a another car at 20 mph there is a better posability that everyone will live. compared to the druck driver hiting the same car at 100 mph some one will not make it at that speed... hinse the weed would be a better case

Still,,,,,,,,,,, keep your vices in the safety of your home.

the only reason marijuana use has any social religeous or other stigmata attacked to it is because of the war on drugs that the united states started. before the prohibition of the drug, farmers were urged to grow it. the constitution was drafted on paper made from hemp a close cousin that contains none of the effects of the drug, yet is illegal because of its relation. hell according to the people that started the prohibition of marijuana it is a schedual one narcotic meaning that it has no medical bennifits despite all the research that proves otherwise. that classification puts it in with drugs like heroin and methamphetamine.

That is true. While farmers weren't encouraged to grow weed, they were required to use a percentage of their farmland for hemp. We are the only industrial nation to NOT grow hemp any longer.

BTW: you'd literally have to smoke a ton of hemp to get any of the effects of marijuana.
