This coming weekend looks decent so far, anyone have plans for a trail run somewhere? Preferably not someplace where you need a life raft to escape from (ask Super about that one!:shock.

Sunday is "Racer Appreciation Day" at the Appleton track, free eats on Bob. I'm willing to skip it and go trail-runnin' though.
