Trans Clicking Caused by Flashing

Take a look at the center gear in the trans and there are 2 nubs of plastic from the injection moulding process that are preventing the breakaway gears from fully seating. I took apart the gears the cut these nubs off but you may be able to do it without. Removing these lets the teeth engage a lot more and prevent unnecessary slipping/clicking.
 
If you have a stock trans the clicking is coming from the clutch inside the trans. This is there version of a slipper
