Let's see, 2 J2-TT chassied tlt comp crawlers that placed 5th overall in points in Carolina Rock Runners when I ran comps 2 years ago, A Juggy Super that I built from scratch and ran, Yeah, I've driven a few. Too bad sarcasm is lost today. But the bacon understood.

well why cant anyone get the fact it doesnt work? the geometry
is wrong. as soon as any travel is needed it bottoms out? or lifts?simple
as that. it cant get the traction to the other wheels either.

im not saying its impossible,some new 4wd's have independent
suspension like the new landcruiser 200 series. it gets descent articulation,
but it has internal mechanisms detecting suspension travel and
manualy controlling the suspension for flex. still not as good as
live axle.

to say that a usa1 can beat ANY 2.2 rig, let alone hold a candle
near one, is shear dross.

I thought this was about the Summitt? Oh well, hey I have a old Wild Dagger with pink can, Insane motors, could I make that into a crawler as well(change some gearing it would have tons of torque, but my throttle control needs some work)? (as long as we're all in fantasy land).......

i wasnt going to type what i did, but judging from some
of the stuff on here i thought you could have been serious.
honestly that post has about as much factual merit as most

my opinion,it is possible to build a I.S. 2.2 comp. rig that is comp. WORTHY.
I know, I have built it in my head about 10-15 times.
but the summit? it is a fun truck I'm sure,so is the w.king.
can you crawl with it? yea. but it isnt a comp worthy truck.
and I aint sayin I know it all.anyone you says they know it all,just hasnt asked thierself the right question.
but I know that if I had the money to blow, a independent suspension,moa rig on a chassis with the right amount flex,with limited travel on the independent suspension. thats a truck I would love to build.and I would take advantage of forced articulation to. If I had the money to blow.

and all you have to do to do that 65 degreer is weight the wheels, ease on trigger and trim the body, but i can do 65s........
