Traxxas TRX-4 Mercedes-Benz G-500

Well, now I'm holding out for a TRX-6.

That’ll certainly be a solid 6x6 platform, but I really don’t think I would run it much. I have a TRX-4 Bronco slider which I have yet to build into anything, so I might eventually get the clear G 500 body & parts and make my own.

The only thing I can see about the TRX-6 that will need improving right out of the box is the middle axle suspension travel. In order to ensure the middle axle touches the ground as often as possible, rather than dangling in the air like a short guy helping carry a tent pole, the middle axle needs to extend further downward and compress further upward than the front and rear axles. Since the middle axle is only slightly ahead of the rear axle instead of being exactly in the middle, the amount of extra suspension travel needed will probably be minimal, say 10-15mm total. Not sure if that can be done with the stock shocks and shock tower, but it shouldn't be impossible either.
