TRX4 LCG chasis options?

I want to go with an LCG chasis. I like the look and from everything I see...the pros outweigh the cons.

So what options are out there for the TRX4? Seems most are designed for use with the SCX10 II. I have one...but I'd rather use my TRX4 for this project. The one I was looking at is the Brazin All Time Low chasis but it needs a lot of additional parts (maybe they all do) which jacks up the price to more than double. I'm still new to all this with limited knowledge and tools so I'd rather stay away from anything that may require a lot of custom modifications or custom homemade parts.

Also...if you've done this to your TRX4, feel free to post up your thoughts and pics if you have them.

THANKS!

The deadloc chassis is a bolt on. Works great but you will need a high clearance skid to get the best out of it.

Bang for the buck, skip the chassis. Get, or make, a low cg battery tray, run 2200mah or smaller packs, reduce preload on the springs substantially (mine are setup so there is about 1-2mm gap between the top of the spring and the bottom of the preload adjuster), and you'll get a balanced truck without turning it into a project.

I'm not trying to diss on any aftermarket chassis, it's just that I think the stock trx4 chassis is pretty good with a fairly tall rail made out of thick gauge steel offering a good amount of rise at each axle.

Brazin RC makes a chassis for trx portals and trans, it's a very nice build. makes a huge difference in performance.

I just installed NWSD scattergun v2 and the stock trx4 sport links work with it. With zero tuning done yet, I can craw up my front porch steps. Couldn’t make it prior. A new body will be coming shortly with custom tube bumper.

Will be putting a NWSD class 1 chassis on Hannibal 2. Just got the rails in for it.
