I don't really have access to the tools to make them out of steel or the know how but my friend does have a 3D printer so I will try to print it up and test it out.

Troy at Scalerfab makes one. You won't see it on his website but
if you ask him he'll build it. I ordered one and it should be in the first
of next week. I will post pics when I receive it.

Better late than never. Bolts on with two screws on the bottom where existing skid plate mounted and has a threaded cross bar that takes 3mm screws. Four screws total.

I am going to revive this thread. I finally got back on the project of the bumper and my friend said they couldn't print the bumper because of its shape. So fast forward a few months and I ordered it from shapeways when they had free shipping. Now it does need a few changes where I measured wrong but it definitely has potential and looks pretty cool.

I think I would add a little more meat on the front mounting points, but I am hard on things.

Yeah that was "Mistake 2". It looked bigger when I was designing it. I am going to just heat it is up and bend it so the back mounting points line up then run it and try to work out all the issues.
