TXRCRCA "Rock the Lake 2" June 19th Belton Scale Comp

hey guys i was hoping to get accepted to the scale commitee before posting this, but i want to give it a test run this weekend.

i had mentioned this before at the last comp and finally got it worked up.

its a scale tech card to bring with your rig to help speed up the tech in process. the tech judge will look over what you think you should get. if its correct then thats what you will get, if he thinks theres something that doesnt quiet qualify then he will remove those points and let ya know. either way drastically speeding up tech in."thumbsup"

so print one out for each of your rigs and bring them to the comp.8)
please dont post this anywhere else yet;-)

That should certainly help speed things up Cory, nice work.

Does anyone have one of those pop up canopy's they could bring? Figured a little shade might help us out.

Considering the forecast is well over 100F that day, shade would be great. Unfortunately, I don't have any to bring.

Excellent, thanks Hugo! Im bringing my laptop for anyone who needs to update their castle esc and/or tekin. I dont have a hotwire so i dont know if the tekin software is setup and i wont have internet access out there, but we can try it eitherway.

yep pop up shade was already on the "bring" list. but two would be even better Hugo.

lol steve, can you tune my camaro while your at it too? haha

man i cant tell you guys how amped i am about this. the heat is going to be brutal, but at least we dont have to worry about getting rained out.
dont forget the board shorts too to cool off.

i had given some thought to a wetting a climb on the course ie. right as each driver starts say course 2, pour a cup of water on one of the gate climbs so it is equally wet for each driver. but we'll probly be too busy for shinanigans like that.

I will bring a leaf blower so we can add high winds to the climb too:flipoff:

Man, I will be tired as hell. I am in a 24 hour duty today until 6:30am tomorrow morning. I'll make it though! "thumbsup"

yikes hugo. thats tough. heat plus no sleep your gonna be a diva! (snickers commercial)

Yep. We had our company picnic today at reunion ranch in G'town, I only lasted 2 hours but that was during the hotest time of day. If you havent already, start drinking lots of water now.
