Welp, I finally got another FMS rig! Been a while since I had one, I was honestly staring to miss my Jimny a bit. So far I'm absolutely in love with this platform, FMS really did a great job on this one.
It looks amazing, I can't believe that it's actually a lexan body. The clip system is also really nice, if I had to mess with another 10.3 style underside pin mount I'd probably have gone crazy (they're not that bad but they are extremely annoying). I've also gotta say that this is probably the quietest truck I've ever been around. If it weren't for the noise from the ESC this thing is legitimately silent in 2nd gear at low speed. Overall I'm very impressed and excited to see what I can do to this rig. I've actually already done my first mod, lol.
It's nothing major, just a pair of skidplates for the axles. I grabbed em hoping I could keep the axles from getting too scratched up. I don't have any other mods in mind at the moment, aside from potentially removing the "Toyota" lettering on the sides. I actually tried to take it off earlier, but that stuff is held on there pretty good. Aside from that, this thing seems pretty capable as-is. Can't wait to take it out on the trail and see what it can do!
